Robert Walton

COO
I am a Mechanical Engineer with a MBA, focusing efforts on Supply Chain Optimization and Cost reduction activities.  I have been involved with multiple product launches during my career at Ford Motor Company and Stirling Energy Systems.  My core competencies align with Project Management, cost reduction, and problem solving.  I like to rely on data driven decisions and to generate ideas.

I have always had a passion for technology. I bought my first computer with money I saved from my paper route.  I grew up in a small immigrant city north of Boston where Dominican and Puerto Rican immigrants mainly populate the city. With my own family being both Haitian and Dominican, I grew up around great diversity and learned to appreciate people from all walks of life and various cultures.

Steve McGrady

Strategy – Former Sr. VP Lifelock

Mr. McGrady has over 30 years of global marketing, sales, and customer service management experience in the consumer and high-tech industries. He has successfully brought to market more than 40 new products and has been involved in raising over 100 million in capital for existing and start-up organizations.

Mr. McGrady’s most recent position was Senior Vice President – Strategic Partnerships at LifeLock. He was one of the original employees of LifeLock and held several positions in the organization. Mr. McGrady designed and implemented LifeLock’s existing channel sales program representing more than 40% of their existing member base and over 100 million in revenue.

 

Geoff Ossias

Geoff Ossias is a partner with DLA Piper LLP (US), a leading global law firm. Geoff’s practice focuses on emerging companies in a broad range of technology-driven sectors, including healthcare, e-commerce, renewable energy and financial services.

Geoff routinely assists his clients in a wide variety of strategic transactions, including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, exclusive license arrangements, restructurings, and the resolution of complex corporate governance matters. He also represents venture capital and private equity funds in connection with their investments in early-stage companies.

 

Brenda Christensen

PR/Marketing 

With 30 years of high tech corporate communications and public relations experience, Brenda has successfully created and managed global messaging campaigns for such prestigious Fortune 500 companies and startups, such as Apple, Model N, FlikDate, AGNITiO, Tranxition, Carii, Contatta, Nimble, Secure Computing, Panda Software, Maximizer Software, GoldMine Software, NEC, DTK Computer, Wang Laboratories, Symplex Communications and General Motors Robotics.

During her time at Contatta, she was able to land interviews with Forbes and the New York Times in preparation for launch.  Her public relations efforts have resulted in more than 300 product and corporate awards and thousands of media placements.
